At Herb Pharm, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion choices. If your purchase doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and secure it to your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
